Usually not. An existing WhatsApp Business number can normally be connected to the official API, and in many cases you can keep using the app on your phone alongside it. If you'd rather keep things separate, a new number works too. We check your number on the first call.
It only answers from the information you give it. When it doesn't know, or a customer asks for a person, it hands the chat to your staff with a summary instead of guessing.
English as standard. If your customers write in Arabic or another language, tell me on the call and I'll confirm what's possible for your business before you pay anything.
Hosting, domain, WhatsApp message fees from Meta and phone minutes are billed to your own accounts, at cost. The care plan ($75 a month) is optional. Before you commit, I'll estimate the running costs for your volume.
You do. Domain, hosting, WhatsApp number, calendar, automation tools and every customer conversation are in accounts registered to you. If we stop working together, everything stays with you.
Two rounds of revisions are included, and you pay the second half only when it's live and working. After launch, fixes are free for 30 days. If we agree early on that it isn't a fit, the service terms explain what's refunded.
