This site belongs to Yash Parmar, a developer based in Delhi, India. This page explains what I collect when you contact me or book a call, and what I do with it. In short: only what you send me, used only to reply to you and do the work you ask for.

What I collect

The site itself does not set cookies. It may remember whether you chose India or International prices in your own browser, and that never leaves your device.

What I use it for

Replying to you, preparing a quote, doing the project you hire me for, and sending invoices. I don't sell your details, I don't add you to a mailing list, and I don't share your information with anyone except the services needed to do those things (email, booking, WhatsApp, form handling and payment providers).

How long I keep it

Enquiries that don't become projects are deleted within 12 months. For clients, I keep project and invoice records as long as the law requires for tax and accounting.

Your rights

You can ask me what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it, and I'll do so within 30 days unless the law requires me to keep it. For people in India, this follows the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. If you're in the UK or EU, you have similar rights under the GDPR.
